Senior Manager - Operations - Digital Marketing/Media Agency (6-8 yrs)

In the last 12 years, our client has powered the digital growth of many start-ups, that are now enjoying unicorn status in India and has dedicated teams for google ads, Facebook, amazon marketplace, Flipkart, native ad platforms, etc. that are mentored and trained by some of the best digital minds in the country.
Key Result Areas:
- Analyses project efficiency and provides solutions for improvements
- Keep a watch on team balance and proactively make hiring decisions
- Recommend any lapse on people/ team growth of domain or soft skills, swiftly act
- Think about team motivations and provide guidance to managers.
Business Operations :
- Evaluation of business plans of new units and service offerings
- Ideal team structures and reporting structures to enable smooth operations Streamline cross-functional overlaps - eg. HR & Delivery, Finance & Delivery, Sales & Finance.
- Analyse project profitability and hold accountability of corrections on pricing or team efficiency
Ability to work with cross functional teams to drive the mandate of operational efficiency, employee productivity and retention
- Role will report into the operation head
- Hands on at what level (Analytics, targets, dashboards, campaign/ audience/ platform level) QBRS
- Client facing and at what scope of work was handled (escalations, briefing, project)
