Senior Manager - Operations - BPO (10-20 yrs)
1. Should have experience of BPO Experience for either of the process viz., Social Media or Search Engine or Banking/Financial or Telecom.
2. Currently should be handling a minimum team size of 250+.
3. The Senior Manager shall have complete authority and responsibility, subject to the Client's rights under the SOW/SLA, to perform and deliver the Services to Client.
4. Manage the relationship regarding Organization and Client w.r.t.o respective Client Line of Business.
5. Assure the successful transition of the SOW to operational status.
6. Ensure that the Organization fulfills all of its obligations under the SOW.
7. Work with the Client team to establish, manage, and meet governance commitments, requirements, and expectations.
8. Work with key Client personnel to align the delivery of the Services with the strategic needs of Client, subject to consultation with and approval of the Client Program Manager.
9. The leader with experience and passion for managing large and diverse teams across multiple sites in a fast-paced environment, able to deal with rapid change and ambiguity
10. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
11. 8-10 years of people management experience, including managing leaders, and a strong desire to develop team members
12. Empathy for the Client community and passion to create an exceptional experience and provide outstanding support
13. Excited to be part of a global operations team, design and implement industry-leading business operations, tackle and solve complex problems, and develop the next line of leadership.
14. Adaptable and energized by a fast-paced environment
15. Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree, preferred.
16. Excellent communication skill preferably worked for US/UK Clients
