Job Responsibilities -
1) Monitoring the printing of cards, cheque books, pins and SOA and ensuring the production is completed within the TAT
2) Ensuring 100 % quality checking of all the processes
3) Monitoring the dispatch management and ensuring the deliverables are couriered within TAT
4) Ensuring proper reconciliation of the advance available with Post office so that there is no pendency of either speed post or ordinary post
5) Ensuring proper courier management and all escalations are raised with the courier agency immediately for resolution
6) Ensuring adequate stock is maintained for all types of stationery, both secured and non secured and also for consummables . To ensure a proper recon of all the stationery items is maintained
7) Adhering to the PCIDSS and ISO guidelines
8) Monitoring the outsourced employees and their productivity
9) Ensuring all vendor bills are processed on time
10) Ensuring all the charges are uploaded on time and relevant MIS is shared with stake holders
11) Ensuring the service delivery and escalation management in coordination with all internal/external stakeholders
12) Ensuring the vendor agreements are monitored for expiry and arranging for execution on time
13) Ensuring Process re-engineering and initiate cost saving measures
14) Ensuring preparation for all service level meetings and Risk Dept meetings
Skills and Competencies-
- Should essentially come with a prior experience in a print shop environment
- Experience in handling a large team is mandatory.
- Ability to take Quick decisions.
- To analyze the processes, identify the gaps and re-engineering the processes is must.
- Should possess strong business acumen skills.
- Should possess a good Knowledge in regulatory aspects of banking, Card printing, Cheque book printing, Pin printing and Statement of accounts printing
- Should have team leading skills, reconciliation skills and MIS maintenance
- Should have capability of handling vendors with strong negotiation skills.
