Senior Manager - Operational Excellence - Black Belt - BPO (4-12 yrs)

Objective:

- Establish Quality Management Framework (QMF) with agreed metrics and reporting

- Establish baseline performance for different metrics / OLA's / SLA's

- Apply Lean Six Sigma to improve processes

- Lead facilitate Change Management efforts for CLIENT Business Services to drive and sustain transformation

- Lead/capture Continuous Improvement efforts in order to value-market the benefits that CLIENT Business Services brings to both internal and external clients

- Enable the CLIENT Operational Excellence strategy by using data and process analysis to identify automation opportunities

- Experience in F&A process, especailly R2R, P2P, OTC

Accountabilities:

Transitions and Advisory:

- VSM's and Re-engineering projects

- Setting up a framework for ongoing measurement and reporting out of metrics

- Study as-is Quality-monitoring mechanism and identify critical to quality checkpoints

- Prepare Quality Management Framework Document (QMFD)

- Recommend and establish OLAs

- Review baseline data

- Set up Targets and get it signed off from Business
