Senior Manager - Operational Excellence

- Must have a good working knowledge of LEAN & Agile

- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement comprehensive business improvement plans that support the overall business strategy

- Act as a change agent. Provide high-touch and hands-on team guidance, support, and coaching, in close cooperation and collaboration across all roles and functions, enable project team members to learn LEAN/ Agile way of working and to achieve project goals

- Create an environment/ culture of Operational Excellence by making operational excellence efforts visible and well adopted. Establish forums & practices to drive alignment on Operational Excellence goals

- Must be able to demonstrate project management skills while coaching and mentoring continuous improvement projects and driving Kaizen events
