Job Details :

Location : Noida

Role : Team Management

Reports to : AVP - Billing

Shift Timings : 9AM-6PM however candidate must be flexible and open to put an extra hours post 6PM, 5 days a week

CTC : Industry Standards

Experience : 10+ years of experience in various Billing / O2C domain ; Exp in Billing in O2C mandate

Industry preference : BPO / KPO

Education : Full time Graduation is mandatory.( Commerce Background Only), MBA Finance preferred.

Principal Purpose of the Job :

The position exists to manage the billing team and plan the billing operations for various product & services. The individual will be responsible for designing, implementing and enforcing procedures, as well as streamlining effective billing processes across different processes.

Main Accountabilities :

1. Depth knowledge in Billing & E-Billing processes

2. Prepare month end reports and dashboards for all stakeholders

3. Standardize processes and bring process efficiencies, create process maps and ensure documentation of all updates and procedural changes

4. Drive process improvement initiatives, provide inputs to team on process improvements / cost optimization

5. Identify, prioritize and deploy action items for competency development; Engage with team members to understand concerns; Identify, groom, reward and recognize high performers; Develop the training plan for the team

6. Diagnose reasons for attrition; Take corrective actions in order to contain attrition and enhance team motivation and engagement

7. Facilitate statutory audits (all internal and ISO audits) for the team

Skills/ Experience Required :

- Have worked on key accounts / services billing for the organization

- Have experience in end to end AR module & have should know impact from GL side

- Should be excellent in MS office specially Powerpoint & Excel

- Should have team handling experience of more than 6 years
