- Drive and engage the Beverage Category Innovation Program during Develop & Deploy phase by working with multidisciplinary teams.
- Use the base CSD portfolio to develop value added beverages and extend the range to other categories to have a profitable portfolio with high incidence both on dine-in and delivery.
- Identify, rank and frame the Beverage Category opportunities together with the larger Marketing and other functional teams
- Develop entry strategy and launch of new products
- Draft brand portfolio road map with business plan, new product formats and technology recommendations
- Manage all research needs product sensory evaluations, copy testing etc
- Monitor consumption trends, focus on competitor analysis and ensure customer satisfaction
