POSITION: Senior Manager - MIS

WORK LOCATION: Goregaon (East), Mumbai. Corporate office

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Managing the preparation, review and submission of Regulatory reports and statements to be submitted to IRDAI. Preparation of IRDAI audit annexures.

- Managing the preparation and review of reports and statements to be submitted to Senior Management.

- Assisting in design and preparation of dashboards, highlights, presentations to the senior management of the company.

- Participate and contribute for projects as needed also drive automation of various reports and MIS through tools like macro and applications like SQL, Access, Excel, SAS etc.

- Liaise with compliance, actuarial, product teams and other stakeholders for understanding various aspects of the insurance business and also implementation of changes in format of reporting as per IRDAI circular.

- Timely submission of senior management MIS and reports.

- To resolve any challenges which the team might experience in providing the above deliverable and managing the team. To ensure that reporting is correctly done as per IRDAI circular and guidelines.

- Any other task as per management requirement

Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate

Work experience in years: 7 years +

Skills / experience required:

- Basic Excel ; Vlookup, Pivot etc. (Mandatory)

- SQL, Python, Tableau, advance excel etc. (Preferred)
