Senior Manager - Middle Office Project - FinTech

Our client is a leading global Fintech organization. They are currently on a lookout for a professional who could be a part of their projects team who can lead a smooth transition of activities/special projects for newly acquired clients into their platform, across various asset classes, while managing a team of high achievers.

Some of the key responsibilities will include :

- Liaising with various business teams like technology, sales engineering, project management team to have an overall understanding of the client requirement and implement it on the company platform.

- Undertaking responsibility of the entire project implementation phase right start from requirement/data gathering, data migration, trade capture, corporate action, reconciliation & settlement.

- Collaborating with the technology team for any special reports as asked by clients.

To be eligible for this role you will require :

- Experience in onboarding & implementing various clients on the platform.

- CA, MBA, or CFA along with 8-14 years of experience in the financial industry.

- Understanding of machine learning or python language will be an added advantage along with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
