Senior Manager - Mergers & Acquisitions - BFS (8-15 yrs)
- To drive strategic, tactical & operational activities of finance control of post-M&A integration.
- Responsible for managing day to day finance operation of Newly Acquired business.
- Should successfully led post-merger integration.
- Close monitoring of short term, medium term and long term turnaround action plan of these two acquired entities; guiding management to fulfill covenants imposed by lenders of acquisition loan.
- Coordinated with finance team & management team to increase factoring limit of certain newly acquired entity and timely funding, Negotiation with lenders, management team.
- Responsible for providing advice & counsel to management for development of appropriate actions and supports business.
- Responsible for supporting CEO of Target Company with MIS and other needs for achieving Growth / Profit and Cash Flow Targets.
- Responsible for presenting business insights through Management Meeting for improvising business Performance for Acquired Entities.
- Supports local business requirement to Sales / Other Departments / Business Finance etc .
- Attention to detail, proficiency with MS Excel, strong analytical skills, and good written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with senior management are required
