- Identification of the inorganic pursuit areas in consultation with business units - Run proactive Target pursuit using the network/relationship with global Investment bankers - Deal execution activities include Due diligence, Business case preparation, Valuation & structuring, Legal and accounting aspects, negotiations and deal closure - Plan, Oversee and guide an overall integration process - Track past M&amp;A performance Qualifications - - Knowledge of Indian and international finance, Tax and accounting concepts and principles relevant for M&amp;A transactions. - Knowledge of the economic, investment, business and regulatory environment globally. - Exposure to M&amp;A transactions in Technology and IT services space - Experience with Private equity firms will be an added advantage - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication skills, Ability to work with large teams. - Highly motivated and keen to take initiative; - High levels of integrity and professionalism. - Education qualifications MBA finance or Chartered accountant
