An individual would be responsible for :
- Drive mentors who teach skills online onboarding, quality checks & retention.
Responsibilities:
- This role is responsible for overall mentor experience on the platform.
- Scaling up the acquisition of mentors who have shown interest in teaching on the platform, making sure mentors are qualified while onboarding through a QA driven process & passing on the mentor to the live class management or content development units while coordinating with them for great mentor experience are the key focus areas of this role.
- You should have experience in team hiring, training & management.
- Being data-driven & building data dashboards for senior management is an essential skillset required.
- You should have a knack of identifying problems in existing mentor onboarding, training & retention processes & analyze root causes to come up with solutions to enhance overall mentor experience.
- You can be from a consulting, operations or support background where you have been responsible to drive the team & process.
