Key Responsibilities:
1. Line side Logistics
- Plan routine and non-routine activities for the department. Provide leadership/coaching to develop and monitor the warehousing process within Receiving, Dispatching, Line feeding and Stockroom teams.
- Develop operational plan for department & Lead daily meetings to establish team goals and deliverables.
- Documentation relevant to Logistics, WES/QPS Generation/modification.
- Work cross-functionally with other groups to understand requirements and resolve issues.
- Hands on experience in KANBAN Systems.
- Monitor UK supplies and discussed in weekly cadence with counterpart for resolution.
- Follow up to ensure the availability of raw materials for the planned production mix.
- Take appropriate actions to address and resolve daily line quality issues

- Scrap Management
- Consumable Ordering/Monitoring
2. New Product Support
a. Define line feeding strategies and implement for all new Projects
b. Bring digitization and lean concepts in Warehouse operations.
c. Execute identified solutions for optimised movement of materials from Supermarket area to production line
3. Inventory Management
a. Improve Inventory accuracy by doing perpetual Inventory
b. Quarter end Inventory
c. Participating in various audits as per compliance requirements.
d. Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
4. Manpower management
a. Guide warehousing teams in developing, executing plans to establish and meet Safety, Quality, Cost, & Delivery.
b. Train operators on specific line skills and soft skills (MS Office, MES System etc)
c. Lead initiatives for performance readiness of Blue collar flexi manpower (with help of SQPDCME and HR) through classroom and on the job trainings
d. Lead self-directed teams (SDT) for productivity improvements
e. Coordinate with SQPDCME and HR to ensure training compliance of the Operator staff Manpower requirement
