Senior Marketing Manager - Wellness/Cosmetics

Our client is a large and a rapidly growing Multi-domain wellness and FMCG organization. Their products include Personal care, Skin Care, Nutraceuticals, Cosmetics, Food, Wellness and other products. They have a large number of offices and branches across India.

We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Senior Marketing Manager. As a Marketing Manager you will be responsible for all marketing activities and client servicing for all their products. The position will primarily be responsible for the development and implementation of brand management strategies. This will focus on increasing organization's presence across portfolio, strengthening the brand, optimizing product assortment, and promotional strategy

The incumbent will be responsible for (amongst others):

- Brand ownership, strategy and management

- Plan & Execute a Digital Marketing & ATL Campaigns and Media Plan

- Define marketing KPIs across portfolio and ensure implementation of Activation Programs at both Channel & Consumer level.

- Competitor Analysis, retail trends, and market dynamics

- New Product Launches and Product Management.

- Responsible for onboarding new clients for third party manufacturing

- Lead Client Servicing team for existing Clients

The ideal candidate would be:

- MBA with 10-21 years in Marketing

- Have managed traditional and Digital marketing

- Have experience in Wellness, FMCG, Nutrition, Cosmetics, Food, Pharma etc

- Have experience in B2B and B2C marketing operations

- Have experience in New Product development, costing , launch

- Must have worked in a manufacturing environment in the domains mentioned above

- Have good communication, leadership and presentation skills

- Be ready to relocate to Delhi NCR
