Senior Manager - Marketing Strategy & Analysis - BPO/IT (13-18 yrs)

Urgently looking for Seasoned Digital Analytics Implementation Practitioner and a Technologist with experience in any three of the following :

- Expertise across products like Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, WebTrends, CoreMetrics, or Google Analytics.

- Expert in Analytics Optimization with Adobe Target, Optimizely, Maxymizer, SiteSpect etc.

- Ability to lead Analytics Solution Design, plan and implement methods to measure experiences, including Tag Management Solutions like Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager, Tealium, Ensighten, Google Tag Manager

- SPSS or SAS

- Versed in executing Personalization programs using Data Analytics.

- Dynamic and innovative digital analytics specialist with strong marketing analytics exposure, robust analytical skills and significant business acumen.

- Deep understanding of the latest digital and marketing tech trends

- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, both internally and with clients

- Experience managing multiple direct reports and developing a team

- 13 years + of experience in the realm of marketing analytics and web analytics.

- Understanding of digital media mechanics (SEO, PPC, display and affiliates)

- Clearly define project deliverables, timelines, measurement strategies and dependencies for the team, internal stakeholders and clients

- Partner with internal stakeholders & clients to identify opportunities for business growth and development across new and existing accounts

- Representing Sapient as an expert in the Digital Analytics industry with deep technical expertise.

- Developing Analytics Data Implementation business solutions which meet client needs.

- Structuring how to use optimization to improve experiences and performance

- Simplifying and speeding up development and ways of working by promoting patterns (i.e. don- t reinvent the wheel)

- Keeping up-to-date on all industry best practices and approaches to data analysis & business performance

- Coaching and developing team members to achieve growth and success in their careers

- Drive a data-based decision making culture in ours and our client's businesses

- Lead workshops and engagement sessions to take everyone on the journey of improvement through analysis

- Identify opportunities to enhance or simplify business through use of data & analytics (e.g. re-use of data in operational systems, new advanced tools)

- Be a leader of teams, giving time and direction to ensure that people are growing and developing personally and professionally

- This is not an exhaustive list but instead seeks to outline what the Senior Manager will be involved in and the approach they will take to bringing their skills to the SapientRazorfish family.

Nice to have :

- Applying various quantitative methods, including regression, multivariate and graphical methods to analyze and interpret information from complex data sources

- Lead the integration of disparate, user-level data sets into a unified view of consumer behavior, and leverage this data for the development of models and media planning applications

- A high level of functional expertise in a broad array of digital marketing subjects, including integrated channel marketing, alongside analytical tools & techniques

- Level of competence in Python or R, and other statistical analysis languages and tools preferred.

- Previous experience of working with User Experience and Agile delivery teams would be an advantage
