Role Title: Senior Manager - Marketing Operations  Reporting to: COO  ROLE ACCOUNTABILITY - work very closely with the COO and the Senior Leadership team of highly talented and motivated Sales and Marketing team. This is a critical and strategic position based at the HQ of Channel, The incumbent is expected to play a very close confidante of the Head of Sales & Marketing and will work very closely with the Heads of Regions and cross functions to achieve organizational goals.  Key Priorities:   1. Aggressively play a catalytic role in driving key property sales and bring a change to content based Marketing   2. Identify and strategize opportunities for growth and share.   3. Introduce a more systematic, strategic approach to key account management   4. Develop and improve the Operational Process of Sales and Collections   5. Co Create and develop plans for alternate sources of revenue beyond vanilla advertising.   6. As a key member of the Sales and Marketing function, work closely with the Head of the vertical and drive change in the function and manage various key stakeholders within and outside   EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS -   Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge - The incumbent must be a seasoned professional with mature leadership skills and track record of delivering results. This individual would most likely have significant experience spanning the Marketing and Sales functions with some background preferably in the advertising and media sectors.   Competencies :   1.
