Roles:
The purpose of this job is to drive and track marketing performance and enhance sales offline and online for the company.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Excellence
- Build a marketing strategy(online, offline) in alignment with the company's growth goals. Breaks down revenue goals to actionable targets across marketing units
- Identifying trends and insights, and optimizing spend and performance based on the insights
Must have for the candidates:
- Subject Matter Expertise: Strong understanding of building & scaling marketing & growth strategy. Deep understanding of the e-commerce and B2C/D2C brands.
- Knowledge of Shopify, Google Analytics and Facebook ads, Advanced excel
- Must have handled decent-sized campaign budgets on Google & Facebook
- Must have experience in setting up campaigns from scratch
- Should be hands-on with campaign management (Delivering ROI metrics) along with managing agency partners
Additional Inputs:
- The person would be reporting to the Founders and would be part of the Core/Leadership team of Cai Store
- People partnership: Builds credibility & rapport with all stakeholders. Is a thought partner to the founders for discussing the revenue targets and goals.Ability to maintain and motivate a team of 5+ members. Hence the prior experience of working with Founders and/or People management is a big plus
- Looking for an Ambitious individual. Willing to work for a fast-paced startup set up and take up challenging work
- The role is an office-based (Lower Parel) with 6 days work week
