- Lead marketing department to manage marketing mix, category and portfolio management, innovation and deliver on Brand Calendar initiatives
- Lead Media and Insights for the Brand: Impaneled new agency to drive Media AOP processes and developed Brand Insights.
- Developed cluster based micro marketing plan and store penetration plan with sales to deliver double growth Lead CMI & Brand Communication.
- Establish consumer insight mining and consumer focused culture.
- Brief and execute impact media plans for all ATL communication windows
- Develop deep insights across multiple strategic researches for feeding into brand positioning as well as the quarterly brand health board.
- Brand positioning in the market.
