Job Description :


- Strategizes and develops brands under him/her such that the consumers connect to it through effective promotions and selling propositions.


- He/she collaborates with external sources to ensure excellent market outcomes while being able to analyze and predict occurrences in the market. His/her area of responsibilities also includes handling P&L focusing on net sales and brand contribution.

Our client is a leading global FMCG company and one of the most iconic brands worldwide. Alongside a Global presence, they have an ever-increasing India footprint. Headquartered out of Mumbai, they are looking at significantly expanding their India brand portfolio and are looking to hire a Senior Manager Marketing to fuel and sustain that growth for the business.

Description

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the person will be:

- Responsible for leading and managing consumer marketing for the largest contributing brand in the portfolio

- Responsible for the Brand Plan Development - develop brand strategy and manage marketing campaigns across channels - TV, print, broadcast, and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers' expectations and to build the credibility of brands



- Evaluate potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing



- Work collaboratively with agencies/vendors and internal resources to drive superior market results



- Utilize consumer and customer -driven insights to drive long-term growth of the brand



- Analyze sales information, projections, and other meaningful data and prepare forecasts



- Business Forecasting/Results - work with sales and demand planning teams to generate accurate volume forecasts



- Deliver results for the brand level P&L focusing on net sales and brand contribution



- Market Analysis - closely monitors market trends to provide insights and data



- Provide short term and long-term strategic direction and has supervisory responsibilities


Profile :

MBA in Marketing coupled with at least 8 years of post-qualification experience in Consumer Marketing. Prior experience of launching brands and leading consumer branding across all channels at an all-India level is a must.
