Sr Marketing Manager - FMCG
- Execute consumer marketing campaigns for existing brands and new launches; TV Communication / Digital / On Ground activations.
- Tracking and measuring the impact of the Marketing Programs.
- Drive brand sales and leadership in eCommerce
- Brand Planning; Lead the short term and co-orchestrate long term (Strategic) planning
- Stakeholder management; internal cross functional teams and external agencies to cohesively deliver on marketing objectives and drive sales
- Innovation development; Responsible to evaluate newer indications/opportunities to expand and grow business. Develop and validate innovation pipeline (mix) for portfolio
- Manage A&P & drive efficiency for better ROI
- Previous experience in FMCG / Nutrition consumer marketing in reputed organisation/brands
- Should have total overall experience of more than 10 years with more than 7 to 8 years in marketing
- Proven track record for designing, implementing and tracking impact of consumer marketing campaigns
- Experience in sales function will be an added advantage
