Senior Manager - Marketing
Key Responsibilities :
Primary Responsibilities :
- Manage and optimize online campaigns to drive growth in target markets
- Strategize and monitor performance marketing as well as organic campaigns to generate leads for our courses.
- Monitor lead quantity and quality metrics to maximize enrolments within the defined budgets
- Plan and implement engagement activities for lead nurturing (for example - webinars, email based outreach, cross-sell, etc)
- Prepare and/or review marketing collaterals for various courses
- Identify new vendors and campaigns to grow leads at top of the funnel
- Create daily, weekly, monthly reporting to drive business goals
- Provide insights into market conditions, competitor activity and customer behaviour etc
Qualification :
- Excellent working knowledge of ad platforms like Google Adwords, Display, Youtube, Facebook, ad networks, etc. including how to set up campaigns from scratch or modify existing ones
- Past experience in running large and successful lead nurturing campaigns
- Excellent communications skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to think analytically and good data-crunching skills, proficient user of Excel as well as CRM tools for example Leadsquare, Salesforce, etc.
- Very strong focus on execution
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams whether internal or external, ability to generate results through influence rather than authority
- At least 6-8 years of experience in marketing with a focus on digital marketing
