Senior Manager - Marketing - Digital Platform - Gaming Industry (6-10 yrs)
Role outline :
We are looking to hire a Senior Marketing Manager with minimum of 6 years of experience in Brand Marketing who will lead the development and execution (end to end) of marketing campaigns for multiple games in India. The candidate will be expected to
- Develop detailed and engaging marketing content and promo plans that reflect the global brand strategy and the regional go-to-market plan.
- Work with top creators and agencies to create fantastic, localized experiences for gamers in India, with premium production and engaging storytelling.
- Own and run complete campaigns with agencies, creative teams and specialist teams to deliver marketing/product goals
- Run insight generation and market study programs and drill down to clear needs, goals, and metrics for the growth of games.
Requirements :
While a strong understanding of the games industry is ideal, we treat it as an enabler rather than a filter.
You must be :
- Heavily conversant with brand building principles and tools/trends to drive mobile users and revenue
- Experienced in scaling digital products using a roadmap via pure marketing. We love people with deep expertise in one channel, and a generalist for others.
- Fully equipped to handle a high DAU product showcasing past experiences in high user bases in gaming, entertainment or big tech.
- Alternatively, have individually managed a category/revenue stream/GMV of significant dollar size per month at e-commerce or an OTT.
- Able to demonstrate your passion for gaming, having played OR having worked in gaming organizations [Good to have]
- Proven in running large budget marketing campaigns for consumer-facing digital brands or games.
- Additional understanding of AAA esports/mobile gaming esports and following trends is a plus.
- Regular/Past player of our games is always a helpful plus.
