Job Description :


- This is a very specific role that is looking for someone who has a degree in behavioral sciences/psychology and has an experience in Human Insights and Cultural trends analysis from the agency side.


Client Details :

Our client is an American organisation with a deep footprint in India. They have been growing form strength to strength in the FMCG space and with innovative strategies around sales and marketing, they have been one of the biggest names in the global market. They are looking for a Sr Manager, Marketing - Cultural Trends & Behavioral Insights who would be overseeing the insights from the behavioral and cultural perspective for them. This role would cut across all categories within the organization.

Description :

The incumbent would report into the Human Insights Head and would be responsible for the following :

- Own and drive the Insights learning plan and human insights activities, comprising future consumer and shopper tensions and trends, consumer segment, cohort and cultural understanding of the region

- Generate future-back human insights and develop a deep understanding of human behaviors, mindset, values and trends

- Leverage data from social and digital platforms to unearth powerful and actionable insights for the categories

- Leverage the field of behavioral sciences to identify tensions and patterns in consumer and shopper behavior in order to improve the brand communication

- Work with the Innovation teams to leverage behavioral insights into product and concept development

Profile :

The successful candidate should :

- Should be an avid insights specialist with 12+ years of experience in concrete behavioral and cultural insights management its applications

- Should be a graduate or a post graduate in behavioral studies/ psychology/ neuro-science


- Should be well equipped to understand consumer behaviour in order to develop the next big idea for the categories


- Should have an end to end understanding of the marketing mix involved towards brand communication


- Should have prior experience in agency management


- Should be a go getter and a team player
