Senior Manager - Marketing - Consumer Durable (5-7 yrs)

1. The principal responsibilities of the role will be to manage all aspects of the company marketing activities

2. Participate in the development of branding and corporate identity initiatives. Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels

3. Develop and implement annual marketing strategy and plans, including promotional calendars and programs, new product introductions and other marketing projects

4. Identify competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning and devise counter-strategies. Conduct customer, brand and product research initiatives

5. Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products. Identify and plan differentiated and impactful marketing strategies/materials

6. Develop and manage marketing budgets

7. Develop sales forecasting and product branding plans

8. Establish and grow a target market share

9. Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects

10. Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results

11. Create marketing presentations

12. Monitor industry best practices

13. Monitor costs and budgets

14. Work with sales teams and e-commerce team to align on brand initiatives and strategies

15. Develop pricing strategy

16. Manage agency providers, consultants, freelancers and other suppliers, including contract negotiation and management

17. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills

18. Build, manage and supervise a high performing marketing team, including hiring, training, workloads, schedules and deadlines

19. Oversee the operation of a company's website or email marketing program and provide analytics review

20. Report on return on investment and key performance metrics

21. Offer expert advice to develop innovative advertising, public relations, social media and events

22. Negotiate with media partners to guarantee advantageous contracts
