Senior Manager - Marketing & Business Development - Auto (10-20 yrs)
Job Description:
- Marketing and business development of CNG kit with all OEM as Maruti Suzuki, Ford India, Mahindra and Volkswagen India.
- Handling of all commercial matters along with customer enquirers, quotations and negotiations.
- Preparing product cost estimates / quotations taking into account all expenses and Profit on Projects.
- Communication/ coordination with plant and engineering team for order execution as per customer schedule.
- Gather information and report about the activities of competition to management.
- Formulation and achievement of business plan in review with top management.
- Identifying new horizon for continuous business growth.
- Work closely with customer for production forecast monitoring.
- ISO/ IATF activities for marketing and business development.
- Maintain good relationships with all key clients and enhancement of customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge sharing with team and provide performance oriented culture.
- Ensure a capable and motivated workforce through employee engagement activities.
- Monthly MIS to management for monitoring and strategy.
- Participation in Business Conferences & Exhibition.
- Customer visit as per business requirement.
- Coordination with JV Partners.
Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering , MBA preferred
Skills: Patience, Negotiation, Communication & Presentation Skills.
