Senior Manager - Marketing - B2B SaaS - Mobile Application Testing Startup (4-10 yrs)
The Opportunity looking to hire a Senior Marketing Manager to manage marketing functions
- In this role, you'll lead the plan to grow customer acquisition and enablement via SEO, content, demand and lead gen campaigns including paid ads
- Our ideal candidate has minimum 6 yrs of core experience in marketing & 4-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing leading content marketing and demand generation.
You're the ideal fit if :
- You're a good communicator
- You have deep experience with marketing automation tools
- You're comfortable working with multiple departments
- You have demonstrated experience in leading SEO efforts, content marketing strategies and demand generation campaigns including paid ads either by yourself or with an agency
- You're great at building dashboards and distilling insights from data
- You have analyzed campaigns, industry trends, and the competitive landscape
Outside of your responsibilities :
- You're a confident and dynamic person, who can bring fun to the team (sense of humor is an added advantage)
- You're highly curious, proactive in asking questions, pose their opinions and suggestions in a respectful manner
- You value grave attention to detail and can spot edge cases easily
- You commit to timelines because you like to run things smoothly and avoid hiccups
Work Expectations :
Within 1 month :
- Evaluate the performance of our current marketing campaigns
- Build relationships with current vendors
Within 3 months :
- Understand our marketing goals and build a plan to meet them
- Figure out scalable demand gen channels and create a playbook to run them in a predictable, stable manner
- Experiment with new demand gen channels
- Own all campaigns and reporting
Within 6 months :
- Look at the big picture (brand, industry thought leadership, etc.) and align it with the company's long-term vision
- Drive internal teams on why marketing is important and collaborate with all teams for larger campaigns
- Create quarterly reports and plan for next quarter (growth goals, resources, budget)
