Responsibilities:
- Define, execute and analyze the marketing strategy, concept and campaigns to deliver on business objectives.
- Define brand guidelines and oversee creatives across channels and campaigns from conceptualization to execution.
- Undertake community engagement initiatives like meetups, webinars, sports events and influencer forums to reinforce brand recall and engagement.
- Execute partner campaigns for revenue-based and/or quid pro quo partnerships with other brands, agencies, industry bodies, governments & amp; influencers.
- Work with senior management on budgeting for various marketing activities.
- Work with regional/international operations teams to create GTM and user acquisition strategies.
- Create and maintain various sales and marketing collaterals for external stakeholders.
- Manage and motivate the marketing team responsible for content creation.
- Track and maximize user acquisition, engagement and retention levels to optimize for return on marketing investments.
Requirements:
- Experience in marketing or a related field of study.
- 4-6 years of marketing experience, preferably gained at another consumer tech start-up.
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- Experience identifying customer need gaps, defining brand identity & amp; developing the marketing roadmap for a brand.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a demonstrated experience in building partnership and collaboration avenues with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to justify requirements, features and drive marketing channel wise efficiency.
- Must have bias for action and experimentation with a strong work ethic.
