Position :

- Senior Manager and Manager Levels for TAP practice.

Basic Qualifications :

- MBA or equivalent Master's degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics or Mathematics from premium institutes required (preferred IIM / ISB / IIT / NIT) or CA

- Excellent communications skills (both oral and written) and ability to work independently as well as with team

- Sound analytical skills

Year of experience :

Manager role : 2 - 5 years of post MBA experience

Senior manager role: 5 - 8 years of post MBA experience

Experience Required :

- Consulting experience OR industry experience at a renowned corporate in strategy / operations / business planning / cost reduction / sales & marketing / supply chain management / process re-engineering / finance controller / change management

- Project management experience

Preferred :

- Experience of advising companies in turnaround / distress situations

- Experience of working in interim management roles

- Experience of working in operational restructuring environment
