Senior Manager/Manager - Treasury - FMCG - CA

Senior Manager/ Manager - Treasury for a world renowned FMCG company based out of Gurgaon. CA with good experience of treasury management principles, investment portfolio strategy, banking and financial instruments, forex management

Key Responsibilities :

- Treasury function related MIS to key stake holders

- Relationship management with banks, fund houses, financial institutes and rating agency.

- Liaison with Statutory, internal and SOX auditors; and adhere with respective compliance requirements

- Bank Accounting Reconciliations

- Working capital and Liquidity/Cash Management.

- Liquidity management

- Working capital funding

- Constantly reviewing cost of funding and economizing

- Investments as per - Asset Allocation as per company board/ CFO guidelines

- Supply chain and channel financing programs for Suppliers and Customers

- Forex dealings - Ensure all compliances related to forex inward/outward remittances are followed.

- Compliance and Controls - Follow FEMA/Central Bank's (RBI) compliance for FDI, investment in joint venture outside India
