Senior Manager/Manager - Transformation & Transition - Agri (9-12 yrs)
1. You will be responsible for project ideation and management - Driving end to end process transformation initiative, proposing solutions related to process transformation, RPA, new-age technologies.
2. Extensive experience in managing Global Projects covering multiple dimensions - Transition; Automation; New Technology Introduction; Process Improvements etc.
3. Significant experience in leading strategic business improvement and end-to-end process initiatives.
4. Engage with business leadership to gain buy-in for various transformation initiatives being implemented for the business.
Skills and Experience required:
1. 10+ years of work experience in transformation, process transformation, transition & migration in commodity trading industry.
2. Additional experience with Project Management / Lean / Six Sigma / PMO certification will be a plus.
3. Experience in transition, automation and new age technology.
4. MBA/CA and exposure to B2B, Supply Chain, and Commodity trading industry will be a key differentiator.
