Hiring for Leading life insurance (Banca Assurance) for training Manager Position for Delhi NCR location.

Job Description :

Manager/Senior Manager - Training & Development - Bancassurance Channel (5-15 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Spearhead the Training & development strategy for the bancassurance channel which contributes to nearly 95% of the sales. Ensure effective delivery of the key strategic imperatives with the objective to improve the sales force productively.

- Design & implement all aspects of the sales L&D life cycle- TNI, Design, Delivery, LMS Management and L&D automation and define L&D ROI.

- Create learning content, module and curriculum for instructor led training and virtual training.

- Implement L&D solutions through cross- functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

- Leverage data to identify needs & sales interventions and formulate learning strategy that aligns with company and business goals.

- Will involve 30%-40% travel.

Skills required -

Preferred 5+ years of experience specifically in Insurance industry.
