Senior Manager/Manager - Trade Accounting & Operations - BFS

- Looking for MBA (Tier 1/2) / CA/CFA, Exp in Fund accounting

- Strong exp in project management, people management and stakeholder management

Exp cannot exceed 12 yrs

- The team handles post trade activities for hedge funds with one of their core daily objectives being ensuring post trade activities happen in a timely manner and record an accurate view of positions, cash and P&L in the books. 

- Need to work closely with counterparties, fund administrators and investment managers to achieve this and the primary work will be daily street reconciliations, settlements, P/L reconciliations, fund accounting (GAV / NAV preparation), Investor Accounting ( Fee calculations) and Regulatory reporting.

- Playing an active oversight role in day-to-day operations, escalation of aged breaks,troubleshooting and setting direction and goals for individuals

- Exp working in hedge funds, Trade Operations, Fund accounting, Trade Capture Fixed Income

- Should have strong understanding in NAV finalization process,

- Coordinating with investment managers, prime brokers & administrators to resolve day-to-day exceptions, as well as develop more strategic initiatives
