- The company is one of the leading manufacturing company in the country, having manufacturing and marketing presence across the country, employing over 10,000 full-time employees.

- They are looking for Manager / Sr Manager - Talent Acquisition for its Chennai location.

- The candidate will be responsible for Pan India recruitment at mid and senior level openings.

Job Description :

- Anchor and own end-to-end delivery of a multiple projects, Executive Search Mandates, working on Mid to Senior to Leadership hiring.

- Map Competition & Allied Industries for Top Leadership & Lateral Talent

- Good Knowledge into Using LinkedIn & Other Job Ports to Map the Industry & Pool of candidates for Critical Mandates.

- Partner with senior stakeholders in the organisations in determining and anticipating their human capital requirements

- Develop and implement ideas for improving the talent acquisition process and outcomes; identify key sourcing channels; develop and implement creative sourcing strategies.

- Showcase comprehensive and assessment skills in addition to leveraging strong industry and business understanding.

- Will have a team of 2-4 members reporting to the role.

- Good in communication and team management skill.

Job Qualifications :

- Proactive, ambitious, and entrepreneurial and thrive in a meritocratic environment.

- Relevant experience from Executive Search Firms would be preferred or with Large Consulting Firms

- Distinctive problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill

- MBA / MSW or any other 2 year full time degree from recognized university in HR is a must.
