Implementing HR systems for complete employee life cycle at Railways SBU, employing permanent workmen and contractual workmen sites and HO. 2. Employee Engagement - Design and use Pulse Survey to enhance engagement levels. 3. Identified legal violations via HR Audits at sites and implemented corrective action. 4. Create focused Training Plans based on business skills gap analysis for Managers with effectiveness tracking tool. 5. Workforce Planning - Implement KEC Strategy to minimize hiring costs and maximize internal talent development. 6. Led Performance Management. 7. Create &amp; Rollout - Project Flipbook to improve New Hire Engagement. 8. Use Hiring Analytics to improve quality of hiring process. Experience Range:-10 Years -15 Years Location:-Gurgaon
