Sr.Manager/Manager Talent Acquisition - Education Technology space - looking for immediate joiners

About Client : leading firm in Education Technology space

Reporting to : Business Heads

Key Focus Areas for the role :

- Taking care of complete gamut of activities pertaining to Talent Acquisition across the business line

- Understanding and guiding the business about the talent pool, creating JDs, market intelligence, identifying right vendors, streamlining recruitment process, negotiation, onboarding and employer branding

- Assess current and future staffing needs against the business strategy and develop / oversee implementation of appropriate talent acquisition strategies/plans

- Create, organize, and implement new and enhanced recruiting and selection processes / tools to drive efficiency and improve quality of hires

- Develop and oversee innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent from non-traditional and/or diverse talent pools

Ideal Candidate :

- Immediately available to join

- Has exposure in the Education Technology front/ technology industry

- 8-10 years of experience in recruitment with focus on tech hiring

- Good stakeholder management

- some HR generalist experience
