Senior Manager/Manager - Support Services - Healthcare

- Handling Operations will be responsible for handling the House Keeping & Food& Beverages team

- Coordinating with the Incharges of House Keeping, FnB and Hostels

- Responsible for budgeting, managing the cost and operations of Housekeeping and managing overall TATs of the hospital and Hostels

- Responsible for managing the on roll and outsourced house keeping team, allocation of the staff, and overall upkeep of the hospital & hostels

- Responsible for overall Food and beverages team management, TAT of service delivery

- To take various initiatives to enhance customer service

- Responsible for NPS of support services team

- To drive improvement initiatives related to support services team
