Senior Manager/Manager - Strategic Insights - Captive Setup

Role : Sr.Manager / Manager - Strategic Insights ( Captive Setup ) ( BPO / KPO / ITeS)

Location : Gurgaon

Summary:

The Strategic Insights Specialist will be responsible for translating data into actionable insights to drive Organizations goals and business plans. In this role, you will use strong analytical skills, contextual business sense and creative problem solving to enable strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities:

- Interpret complex data in the areas of finance, safety, aviation operations, and HR.

- Provide daily updates to executive team.

- Get to an understanding of root problems, define analytical objectives and formalize data requirements for various types of analyses.

- Highlight anomalies, trends, and patterns to detect issues in performance or data quality.

- Combine and analyze disparate data sources and derive insights in a Big Data environment. independently perform analysis to render robust, thoughtful results.

- Leverage data analytics tools to create new dashboards, reports, and any additional ad-hoc requests.

- Present findings in easily understood ways, focus on how the data analytics fits into the bigger picture.

- Utilize MS Excel, Macros, and Power BI reporting.

Qualifications:

- PG / MBA / Graduate in Management

- Proficient in MS Excel and running BI reports ( Power BI)

- Prefer candidates who have worked in IT / ITeS / BPO / KPO Setups & Good Experience into Analytics , Projects Management , Presentation to Senior Management & Working with Senior Management
