Senior Manager/Manager - SCM Consulting

Location - Gurgaon

Reporting to - VP (SCM Head)

Job Responsibilities:

1. End-to-end Healthcare supply chain fulfillment operations

2. Owning and improving relevant service and quality metrics

3. Process and product co-design, co-development, UAT and implementation

4. People - hiring, training & upskilling, driving deliverables and performance management

5. Evolving fulfillment operations per the organization's need under given constraints

Skills Required:

1. Structured problem solving and solution design capability

2. Analytical mindset with strong data centricity and ability to identify metrics / sub-metrics

3. Extremely good communicator and consensus builder

4. Proven leader with exceptional people skills

5. Eternal learner capable of delivering in high paced organization

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience

2. Graduate /Engineer + MBA
