Senior Manager/Manager - Risk Modeling - BFS

On an embark for a Credit Risk Modeling professional with minimum 5 + years of experience in Risk Management or Portfolio management of Commercial Products

Technical Knowledge :

- At least 5+ years Industry Experience

- Expertise in Credit Risk Modeling like PD, EAD, LGD models

- Knowledge in Commercial Products like cards, Business loans, Working capital loans, card or non-card short-term lending etc

- Strong knowledge of analysing financial statements of companies

- Experience in fundamental rating/Underwriting commercial products to businesses

- Expert in Python/R

- Elevate the commercial knowledge within the team and enhance commercial data intelligence in commercial risk models

- Lead with an external perspective, challenge status quo and bring continuous innovation to our existing offerings

- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a matrix organization partnering with business, risk and technology teams and external vendors to deliver solutions at top speed

- Experience in creating and leading high performing and highly skilled teams

- Strong people management, written/oral communication and influencing skills

- Knowledge on commercial data assets, commercial bureaus etc is an added advantage

Academic Background :

- Post Graduate in Statistics/Mathematics/Economics/ Engineering/Management
