OF POSITIONS : 1 REPORTING TO : Vice President - Risk Management LOCATION : Mumbai PROFILE : - Preferred Qualifications : CA / ICWA - Preferred Experience : 5 to 7 years SKILLS : 1. Conversant with SEBI (Mutual Fund) (PMS) &amp; (AIF) Regulations and Mutual Fund,PMS &amp; AIF operations 2. Basic working knowledge of Bloomberg AIM, Wealth Spectrum and/or such other systems to monitor and manage limits 3. Working knowledge of portfolio risk and performance attribution software applications such as MSCI BarraOne, FactSet, Bloomberg PORT, etc. 4. Working knowledge of Stock Brokers, Custodians, R &amp; T Agents, Depositories, Fund Accountants is an added advantage 5. Strong analytical and multi-tasking skills 6. Good written and verbal communication skills 7. Good Interpersonal skills KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES : - Maintain oversight on a continuous basis to ensure adherence with all regulatory, SID asset allocation &amp;other internal investment limits; - Create / modify all the above captioned investment limits in Bloomberg AIM system - Conduct review at transaction level of Investment rationale, credit exposures, internal limits, and offer document restrictions. - Conduct &amp; analyze portfolio risk and report it to the Investment team on an ongoing basis - Review and analyze various reports on a daily basis - Monitoring of dealing rooms, voice recordings &amp;Review alerts generated from Bloomberg Messaging Vault on a daily basis - Periodic Review of Broker Empanelments - Periodical Risk &amp; Performance Reporting to Investment/ERM Committee &amp; Board - Monitoring of ratings upgrades / downgrades of issuers / securities - Co-ordination &amp; facilitation of all types of audits - Review of critical policies such as Investments, ERM, Valuation, etc. - Preparation of Risk Dashboard highlighting KRIs under Enterprise Risk Management - Preparation and updation of SOP process manuals related to Risk Management
