Senior Manager/Manager - Repossession & Yard Management - Commercial Vehicle/LCV - NBFC (5-7 yrs)
Company : A leading NBFC, part of a Large Conglomerate
Position : Manager / Sr.Manager - CV-LCV
Location : Various Zones Pan India
Incumbent responsible for managing the repossession of vehicles financed by the Company. Will be handling strategic matters and bring about process improvements in the function.
Key Responsibilities :
- Meeting all Statutory Compliance and RBI guidelines regarding repossession of vehicles financed by NBFCs
- Responsible for ensuring uniform practices in servicing the various regions and providing support in procedure and security in repossession and related assignments
- Responsible for provision regarding final chance to be given to the borrower for repayment of loan before the sale / auction of the property
- Good working knowledge and practical experience in the area of Repossession, Sale/Auction of seized CV-LCV
- Responsible for procedure for giving repossession to the borrower
Skills :
- Conversant with RBI norms and guidelines for taking possession of security
- Interpretation ability & Promptness of response
- Coordinating with various locations/departments for collecting information and to enable smooth work
- Responsible and Sincere
- Integrity
- Maintaining Confidentiality of information
Qualification & Experience :
- Min 5 Years of related experience in BFSI/ NBFC's
- NBFC Rules and Regulations related to Repossession and Yard Management of Vehicles
