Job Description :
- Lead and manage store roll-outs.
- Sites to examine the complexities at the site / location specific dynamics and other special situations and conducting further evaluation.
- Analyzing and tracking profitability of existing stores.
- Processing all LOI & Agreement of all properties.
- Proposing to management suitable stores as per Company standards.
- Coordinating with the operations team & finance team to budget capex for Project Coordination.
- Handling the whole project till handing over to operations scrutinizing the Vendor invoices.
- Ensuring smooth day to day operations of stores by providing effective solutions to operational issues.
- Planning, scoping, tracking & implementing Project plans within present budgets and deadlines.
- Overlooking Architecture, Design, Construction Work.
- Liaising with Vendors, negotiations.
- Franchise management & market knowledge.
- Optimize cost and develop quality check of every aspect of store fit-out such as fixtures, lights, VM, branding, civil works, etc.
- Drive key store design innovations to optimize cost.
- Develop key matrix and perform weekly checks of projects.
