Senior Manager/Manager - Product - Cross Lending - Financial Services (6-11 yrs)
Job Role: Manager/Sr Manager Product
We are looking for self-motivated individuals to be part of our Product Management team to drive the Product goals
- Should be a self-starter and be able to solve complex problems in a structured manner
- Passionate about lending products and the broking industry
Expectations/Requirements-
- Must have completed MBA or equivalent degree.
- Must have at least 3 years' experience in Product Management (experience in cross-lending products/platforms is mandatory)
- In-depth understanding of cross lending industry or products like loans, credit cards or mortgage products.
- Experience in consumer / business facing internet products, shipping features at scale.
- Product Thinking, Problem Solving, Business Acumen, Technology Understanding, collaboration, Influencing without authority
- Define the market opportunity, strategize and build product roadmaps to achieve both short- and long-term goals
- Able to drive end to end product roadmap - from planning, execution to impact assessment
- Ability to influence business partners, regulators as well as external parties to be able to arrive at the most optimum product solutions
- Work closely with; & manage expectations of; multiple stakeholders like Business, Marketing, Compliance, Risk, Design, Technology, Program, and External vendors
