Senior Manager/Manager - Private Equity - Real Estate - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (3-10 yrs)
- One of our client an international real estate company is looking for a person to work in CEO's office in Investments team.
- Will be working on Asset management, corporate Finance & PMO (project management office).
- The role will work in the Office of CEO and will be involved in asset valuation and will also be contributing in other strategic initiatives being implemented in the organization.
- The role provides direct insight into managing all aspects of Real Estate Investment in India.
Required candidate profile :
- Must be an MBA form TOP 10 B schools in country or internationally
- Must have excellent financial modeling skills
- Must be mature enough to work with senior management
- Must be willing to work in a strategy/corporate finance role in a corporate
- Must have worked in Real estate or Infra or energy sector or evaluated deals for this sector
