Senior Manager/Manager - Presales - Finance & Accounts Domain - BPO (8-22 yrs)
JD:
- 5 - 6 years experience in F&A Solutions, Pre-sales
- Adept at responding to RFPs, creating collaterals, whitepapers
- Team worker with ability to manage process
- Experience in Client facing environment
- Preferably with some experience handling F&A delivery
- Good-to-have: F&A experience with Retail / Airlines / Travel domains
- Mandatory experience in F&A or Supply Chain Presales / Solutioning
- Some BPO delivery experience as a delivery manager / customer lead)
- Some business development experience around solution creation / customer presentations
Qualification: Post Bachelors diploma in Relevant skills or Other professional qualifications, MBA Marketing etc.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with client facing experience and executive presence
- The ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while producing consistent quality results on time
- Must be a self-starter who can work effectively under minimal supervision.
Responsibilities include:
Provide Pre-sales and post-sales support
- Work with onsite sales teams to manage & contribute to responses to customer requests for information, proposals et al
- Provide presentations; conduct research and competitive analysis associated with new opportunities.
- Work with other the organizations service & industry practices to provide comprehensive & innovative solution meeting and exceeding customer expectations
- Participate in customer visits & Offer solutions
Proactive business development:
- Build reusable collateral and contribute to the knowledge repository
- Maintain networks and relationships to keep abreast of competitors- activities
- Identify and build new offering slivers within the focus area
- Work with sales management and marketing personnel to develop and implement new sales programs, products, and services
- Identify and qualify potential leads - business opportunities and customer needs
- Support business planning cycles with qualitative research and market / consumer analysis
Manage the customer engagement cycle from lead to operations
- Participate in onsite due diligence & contribute to transition planning
- Contribute to solution definition and deal management until Transition start
