Senior Manager/ Manager - Commercial Reals Estate (CRE) - MIS - Bank
1. Supports activities related to RBI Audit/ Central Compliance |Budgeting, Monthly MIS (DIP)| Group Cross Sell |CA Strategy
2. Prepare discussion documents, presentations, reports and dashboard
3. Working closely with Team-leads and other internal stakeholders for regular MIS / Updates.
4. Data Cleaning, extracting more relevant data from BIU, Developing with the help of BIU more automated MIS
5. Support in coordination with industry bodies like CREDAI, NAREDCO and other industry stakeholders.
6. Support secondary research on competition and industry
7. Assist in the rollout and streamlining of processes to track and improve TAT
8. Creating master data and tracking for lead generation/ conversions from channels and TAT for the same.
Key skill-sets:
- Strong on quantitative skills and understanding.
- Fair understanding of basics of Banking and Balance-sheets/accounting
- Proficiency in excel, word, powerpoint
- Good communication skills
