- Preparing & drafting of : Vendor and procurement agreements & Master Service Agreements: To prepare the agreement by defining the purpose of the agreement, to draft the warranties and indemnities to be provided by the other party, to cap the liability of the client to minimum possible extent, to provide for the exclusive ownership in the intellectual properties of the client.

- Non-Disclosure Agreement: To bind the receiving party in all possible aspects not to disclose the confidential information of the disclosing party including quoted prices, to provide for the remedies in case breach of agreement occurs, to make the agreement revocable only by mutual consent of all parties, provide for governing laws and dispute resolution.

- In License, Out License: These are the agreements in which the client act as licensor or licensee and to draft such contracts we are required to put the client on the safest side so as to provide its rights in work made for hire and all IPR rights to be of the client.Adhering to Compliances in all form. Have knowledge of Govt. Taxes, Litigations, arbritrations.

- Liasoning activities. Should be from the relevant Industry, OEM's.

- Guidance in terms of disciplinary processes.

- Statutory compliance guidance and keeping up the expectation of all laws.

- Representation and drafting for any of the legal issues arising.
