Senior Manager/Manager - Inventory Control - Manufacturing/Retail

- Responsible for inventory turns, write-off, and health of inventory based upon inventory aging reports.

- Run MRP in ERP / Excel and track shortage/excesses in inventory ongoing basis & escalate to reduce emergencies.

- Manage MRP exception messages to optimize inventory & avoid low stock and overstock.

- To ensure all master data in ERP is accurate and updated

- Responsible for setting inventory parameters, inventory norms/targets, and maintaining as per the norms.

- Work closely with Demand Planner & convert demand plans into an operating plan for Mfg and Procurement

- Design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures.

- Examine the levels of supplies and raw material to determine shortages

- Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments

- Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems

- Heading and coordinating all processes related to physical verification of inventory

Desired Candidate Profile and Skills Required :

- 8-10 years of experience with Inventory Management

- Hands-on experience of SAP (Materials and Inventory modules ) is a must

- Experience in Purchase & Manufacturing will be desired

- BCom/CA/BE/MBA with sharp analytical skills, play with data, and decision-making ability

- Must be proficient in excel

- Positive attitude and dependable team player

- Strong attention to detail and ability to lead a small team
