Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager - Internal Audit Role Description: 1. Review the area to be audited and understand the scope of the audit 2. Review previous audit reports, if any, to check clearance of key issues 3. Do a process walk through along with the process owners and prepare process flow charts 4. Execute testing strategy. Perform compliance and substantive testing 5. Conclude on the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of key controls tested 6. Complete work paper documentation 7. Draft audit issues / reports as per audit methodology 8. Discuss audit issues with operational management and ensure factual accuracy of the issues 9. Submit report to audit manager for review 10. Create final audit report and track closure 11. Highlight and recommend process gaps, flaws and process changes. IA candidates with experience of SOX implements and Audit. Industry: BPO / KPO / ITES Functional Area: IA/ Compliance / Assurance / SOX (Must) Qualification: CA (Required) with 6 - 8 years- experience, preference to CISA and experience in SOX implementation & testing is compulsory.
