HR - Sr Manager/ Manager - West and South

Summary :

The Sr. Manager/Manager-TA will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of hiring for all positions at all levels in the company. Detailed responsibilities will include identifying qualified candidates for different roles, scheduling and conducting candidate interviews, and presenting and negotiating employment offers.

Key Deliverables :

- The end-to-end management of the recruitment process.

- Manpower planning & implementation of the hiring plan;

- Ensure closure of the recruitments within the set SLAs using cost-effective sources.

- Good stakeholder's feedback on all TA functions deliverable.

- Reporting to Head - Talent Acquisition, India

- Number of direct reports: Temp resources- Recruiters (4-8)

Core job responsibilities :

Adopt a recruitment and sourcing approach that will relate directly to business needs like customized sourcing initiatives, competitors' talent mapping, etc.

- Delivering the targeted objectives and effectively implementing the TA strategy and Priorities.

- Manage and develop sourcing strategies using direct sourcing, online postings, referrals and other creative search methods

- Collect & screen resumes, select potential candidates using Abbott- specific assessment


- Drive TA metrics within the team and achieve and exceed Global TA metrics.

- Responsible for driving and managing TA processes, Workday, and ATS compliances.

- Responsible for Best-In-Class hiring managers training.

- Create and drive recruitment planning & build various talent pipelines to achieve hiring targets

- Will be responsible for strengthening gender diversity and diversity beyond hiring.

- To provide the best hiring and onboarding experience to the candidate.

- Manage Country and Global stakeholders and provide Market Insights wherever necessary and help them make the right talent decision.

- Coaching and Mentoring team members to ensure the team meets targets per process.
